「Check you room first! The first room I was given had a dirty bathroom, including a wet wash cloth in the soap holder. Completely unacceptable. The second room was unsafe- a used wash cloth was on the ground in front of the door, which was already propped open! I went back to the front desk to inform they still didn't have it right. 「I absolutely loved this property! They were so kind to our family from start to finish. My daughter had trouble sleeping because she forgot her medication. My wife had to drive 2 1/2 hours back home, 2 1/2 hours back to bring it to her. She woke up late for breakfast, but the staff was so kind and hooked her up anyway. 「The property needs lots of attention. I know it’s an older property but it needs to have some care. I love staying here. I will be back. Just feel like it needs some foundation work. The water on the roof is catching and leaking on second floor. This needs to be looked at and addressed. I adore this place, I love bringing my kids here. I hope to see it open for many years. It’s simple and clean. The check in process is so easy and the staff is so nice!! 」
「Enjoyed our stay here. The only negative issue occurred when we entered the rear door from the parking lot at about 9:30 at night to find the door open and no one at the front desk watching for hotel residents only entering. Anyone could have entered the hotel and gone straight to the elevators as we did. Very poor security.」
