Top Benson Hotel Reviews
Hacienda Del Sol Guest Ranch Resort
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful property with amazing landscaping and kitschy art installations throughout. Very comfortable and clean room. Pool options were nice to have and the staff was very friendly and helpful."
Sonesta ES Suites Tucson
8/10 Good
"The hotel is clean and offers very useful amenities, though guests should be aware that housekeeping is only provided once a week, so daily cleaning is up to you. A bottle of water costs nearly $10, which feels quite expensive. The faucet handle is very loose—functional, but tricky to position so it doesn’t drip. The microwave also doesn’t rotate. I appreciated the wide selection of TV channels, including HBO. However, the futon was dirty, with crumbs in the creases, and it wasn’t comfortable at all. It tilts easily and feels unstable. We even found the TV remote tucked inside the futon, which wasn’t there when we checked in. On the positive side, the staff is very friendly, and the room itself is still quite good, especially with the kitchen included. The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Overall, despite a few issues, I would consider staying here again."
Hilton Tucson East
8/10 Good
"Or stay the last time and this time was great. The staff is wonderful! I grew up in Tucson so the Hilton was always the place that we had school functions etc. There were issues that were noticeable but not enough to make a stink about. We have decided to make this the place to go every time we go into to town to visit the kids and grandkids! Thank you for all you do. Alicia was someone that stood out by all staff were great"
Embassy Suites by Hilton Tucson East

"Everything was better than expected."
Embassy Suites by Hilton Tucson Paloma Village
8/10 Good
"We always stay here while in Tucson. It’s close to everywhere we like to go. The rooms are nice. Free breakfast and happy hour. We just had a little mixup with our bill this time, but got it all straightened out. Oh… and we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan. We finally figured it out the next morning. We had to hit the master switch at the front door. It might be nice to tell the customers that when they check in."
