「This was my 2nd time staying at this condo and I will stay here many more times. It is very clean, smells great, the hosts always welcomes you with a few goodies to enjoy and they are very accommodating. The beds are extremely comfortable and it is so quiet at the condo complex. It was perfect get-a-way from my buddy and I and we caught a lot of walleye. Thank you for another great stay. Dave R」

The host communication was awesome, the unit was impeccably clean, the location was perfect, and everything was in fantastic condition. We couldn’t have asked for a better, more relaxing time. 「This cute condo overlooking the boat basin was perfectly located to Huron’s downtown. It was nicely furnished and had great a view. The only surprise was the shared balcony. Everything worked out as we only saw the neighbor once. I would definitely recommend this condo to others and plan to book another stay.」

「Ideal location right on the lake. Short walk to the ferry to Cedar Point. Amazing workout room and outdoor pool. Easy walk to all of downtown Sandusky with amazing food and entertainment options. The condo was the best we have ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated and extremely clean. 「We could not have asked for a better place to stay for a great few days and to see the eclipse in totality. The open deck gave a beautiful view of the lake, and we walked out back to see the eclipse. The location is amazing, and we walked to downtown PC several times. Communication was excellent, and the condo has everything you could need for a stay.」

「Stayed for a weekend baseball tournament and were wonderfully pleased with how clean, cosy, and ease of access to the place. What a great view of the bay. 「The condo was clean and was a great place to stay if you are at Erie to fish. The condo was nice but nothing overly fancy. There was a nice dock to keep our boat overnight but no places to really hang out and enjoy the sights. We would stay again to go fishing.」

「This condo was amazing. Clean, spacious and very well equipped. We were in town for the 2024 eclipse. The condo overlooked Jackson Street Pier so we were able to enjoy the live music right from the condo. We docked our boat at the Paper District Marina, right next door. Super convenient location, right downtown.」

「Tim could not be more helpful. It was obvious that he isn't just sharing his property, he is sharing the total experience and wants to make sure you are enjoying the area as much as he does. We brought our boat and used his slip. We used the pool and hot tub, all was very nice, well cared for. The king sized bed has to be one of the most comfortable mattresses we have slept on. If you are looking for a place that was newly updated, this probably isn't the place for you. But everything functions...
