「I chose this hotel because of good reviews of its clean rooms and good breakfast.
However it is not so. There was no person at the reception and a note is posted on the counter when I arrived.
I could not have breakfast due to our early flight. I had told that fact one day before on the phone but they didn’t offer anything instead.
Does it mean we should not believe reviews?
Maybe I visited this hotel in a bad timing.
Or the conditions and situation of American hotels have changed badly.

「Room was great, clean and comfortable for the price. Hotel is a walkable distance to both city Museum and Union Station, which is great. Our only problem was the state of the pool. The water was murky, and the whole thing did not appear to be clean. Hot tub was not really hot and did not have enough water in it. My kids really wanted to swim in the pool so it was somewhat of a problem for us. Other than that we really enjoyed the stay. 」
「Well, the room was nice. The blankets were insuffiecient (more like sheets). However, i had a guest who was extremely "noisy". Room Next door only banged on wall 1 time after a long duration. But, it was all 😎 」
