ベルテール ホテル

「The room had a terrible odor when you didn’t keep the air up high. The pool was filthy with debris floating all over the top & really cloudy. I kept the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door which is what I always do as I don’t like anybody in the room with my personal stuff in there. I left at 9:30am & came back at 1:30 & house keeping had been in there. The sign was gone. They have no breakfast as well but do have coffee」

「All of it was terrible」

「Great location , close walking distance to many activities and restaurants. Beautiful rooftop bar/grille with view of the beach!」

「Great trip」

「客室の清掃が行き届いていませんでした。シーツなどにもシミがありました。」

「Friendly and very helpful staff, the building is old but renovated. Would stay here again.」

「When we checked in Miss Shelly at the desk was very friendly and helpful. She was great with my young son. We had a small issue with our room and they immediately moved us to a new room and were apologetic. Breakfast was decent enough and we went both mornings we were there. Close by to family fun activities, restaurants, and the beach. We feel we got what we paid for with this hotel.」

「Great staff, very welcoming. Enjoyed both our stays before and after our cruise.」

「概ね快適でした。 朝早いチェックアウト（と言っても6:30頃）でしたが、レセプションが閉まっていたのにはたまげました。」
