「Rhe 1st room they gave me had a chimical strong cleaning smell. I had to keep the room even if i asked another. Then at midnight i woke up with a mouse at my feet. The staff told me he had no room i had to stay in the room and get another room the next day. I asked for refund or compensation but i got nothing. The 2nd room was fine. But still i was hoping to get a refund for the bad night i got」

「Very nice room, well maintained and comfortable, with lots of character. Very convenient for restaurants and bars, but not noisy. There were some missing amenities at first, but staff were very helpful. Also, we forgot some clothes when we checked out and they were quite good about helping us get it back.」
