Experience nature's beauty from the docks or relax by the tranquil waterfront of our luxury property, located just a four-minute drive from downtown Belfast, with its vibrant wharf, shops, and restaurants.
After a day of exploring and shopping, return to Blue Loon for a peaceful escape. Look for the loon plaque that marks the entrance to a long, forested driveway leading to a generous parking area set on nine acres, complete with pond access and two docks perfect for launching canoes or kayaks. Fishing enthusiasts will delight in our well-stocked pond, and feel free to harvest ripe vegetables from our garden.
As you enter the home, you'll find a main space with vaulted ceilings and sunny arched windows above a cozy fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals in the dining room or al fresco on the patio. The spacious living room offers ample seating for entertaining and is equipped with streaming wireless TVs, a radio/CD player, and a selection of board games on both levels. Relax into the comfortable furniture as you enjoy the entertainment center and contemporary art.
Upstairs, two bedrooms boast luxurious king-sized beds adorned with hypoallergenic duvets. Two bathrooms feature showers and one offers a unique bathtub for extra relaxation. Sliding doors lead to a vast entertainment porch with plenty of seating and a large dining table for six, complete with an umbrella for comfort.
Downstairs, you’ll find another fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor grill with seating. The whimsical bedroom includes a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower.
