"This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I booked for 3 nights but left after 1 night and booked another hotel, leaving this room empty for 2 nights. The toilet did not flush, the bed sheets were stained and the pillows were brown."

But the room was fulled and I have to check out and find another hotel. I came to this area for my brother’s viewing and funeral in Cibubur. My heart is heavy and grieving for the loss of my brother, but I was helped and comfort by the service of this hotel. Thank you for always clean up my bed and give a new towels. Thank you for helping for my laundry also to keep my luggages there while I have to check out and went to Church on Sunday morning. Thank you so much for everything.
