I stayed here for 9 nights, and it was very comfortable. Rooms were pretty big, quiet and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom had a glass enclosed shower along with a full-size tub. Water temperature was perfect. Laundry service was also great.
The staff was very helpful and professional, but there is a bit of a language barrier when it comes to communication. But the use of a translator really helped. I loved the robots located in the lobby.
The onsite restaurant was great, but some of the food was a little lukewarm. They need to up the temperature of the heating pads to keep the food nice and hot. Coffee was excellent. You can also walk to the Wyndham hotel which is just about next door and enjoy the restaurants there.
Overall, I give it a 5-star rating. I would definitely stay there again.
Nice hotel for the price. Clean, well sized rooms. Breakfast has a nice selection of chinese and western foods. One thing to note, but it is a reflection of chinese culture, not a criticism of the Hotel directly, there are no atms in the Hotel or vicinity. Most things in China are paid by WeChat through phone payments. Cash isn’t common, so isn’t alwats easy to get. Part of the issue is that there is nothing near the hotel and I mean nothing.

Disliked: Staff & service
Staff not very helpful though a few did try at times
Excellent hotel very clean and the staff always super helpful. Not many English speaking staff but they all had the google translate app on their phones so no problems. Food at the restaurant was some of the best in Beijing
The hotel is located one half mile away from a metro station (biomedical science park) and in between center Beijing and Great wall (meant away from the city). Overall its facility is good, nice breakfast compared to local hotels, no coffee shop and poor convenient store at the lobby. Please also be noted not all taxi drivers know about this hotel and many of them don't wanna drive to, better use DD taxi (China Uber) to visit by.
This hotel was chosen due to its proximity to the Life Science Park. This is where the biotech firms are located in the Beijing area. It is a little far north from the main action of Beijing but for the purpose of being near to the Life Science Park, it is good. The other option is the more expensive Loong Palace Hotel and Resort just next to it.
The location itself can be trying. The nearest subway station is the Life Science Park Station but it is still too far to be attempted on foot if you got luggage. Lots of pirate taxi await in that area so you will not be left stranded and having to lug your stuff over the distance to the hotel. Costs around CNY15 for the trip if you walk across the overhead bridge to the other opposite side of the station.
Breakfast is nothing to shout about. It is sufficient to charge up for the days activities. A lot of tourists from Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea flood the Chilli Peppers restaurant for the morning breakfast.
The room itself is excellent but there is noise from the corridors that can be heard in the room. Could the Chinese culture of talking rather loudly. There are no non-smoking rooms in this hotel but they do their best to clean the rooms and make them clear of cigarette smell before they make it available to you.
Das Zimmer war in einem guten Zustand und für Geschäftsreisende perfekt ausgestattet. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Zum Frühstück gab es ein sehr reichhaltiges Buffet.
The hotel was perfect for our visit to the manufacturing area surrounding the hotel. For food, it does has some good restaurants in their facilities; if you are feeling adventurous, around the corner you'll be able to find some popular small barbecue places.
This hotel is okay if you intend to stay closer to where it is located. For those having stuff to do around the airport and downtown, it is simply way too far, The taxi ride during rush hours (which is mostly the case in Beijing anyways) may take well over an hour and a half.
While the rooms are extremely clean with comfortable beds, the furniture and electronics and carpets appear to be relatively older and need to be changed. A fresh fruit plate awaits every guest on arrival which is pleasing.
The English language skills of most of the staff are below average. The only person I saw with fluent English was the assistant manager, Ms Nancy Zhang, who always showed extra customer service and exceeded expectations whenever her help was sought with guidance or making other arrangements.
Be ware of the Beijing Taxi drivers and be prepared with a map, especially when travelling from the airport. The ride could become torterous and costly otherwise. A sub-way station is approx. 10-minute ride which makes it easy to commute to other parts of the city. This hotel also charges 60RMB per night for the use of internet, which may be a downer for those with a tighter budget and there is no WIFI in the rooms either. The breakfast has decent variety but the staff and the service in the restaurant is average.
The hotel, however, is convenient if you are planning a trip to the Great Wall, which is only 30 odd kms away.
The hotel is okay but not the greatest in Beijing in its price range.
Concerning the hotel quality, there are no issues. The hotel is good, very good. And if you want to spend some time indoor and have no intentions to go shopping/sightseeing/walking around/partying etc. it will the perfect place to stay with its own restaurant and SPA-center. But if you are going to do any of above-mentioned things I should warn you - the hotel is located far from the must-see Beijing's places and there is no free transfer even to the neares subway station wich is, as I was told by the hotel staff, in 40-minutes walking distance from the hotel. And any time there is need to get somewhere the only possibility is to take a taxi wich, of course, is not expensive but sometimes it may take time to get back because not every taxi driver knows how to get to the hotel.
