「ケーブルカー駅の目の前！ 重たいスーツケースを持っていても、すぐにルガーノ駅に到着できます。 午前中に到着しましたが、フロントスタッフは快くチェックインを許してくれ、部屋に入ることが出来ました。 ホテルは様々な観光にアクセスが良く、立地も最高です！ 無料の朝食はおいしく、とても満足しました！ また泊まりたい施設です。 スタッフの皆さん、ありがとうございました。」

「Beautiful room with luxurious views of Lake Como. Only cons is the lack of walkability and I didn’t enjoy the food at the restaurant. But overall the staff were very accommodating and made it even more special celebration with a beautiful and tasty cake, champagne, and balloons with their birthday package. I loved waking up to the balcony views and the heated pool that I could enjoy even in October weather! Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Lake Como. 」

「This is a nice choice if you visit at Ticino by car. Free parking space is available and you can reach out to the city center by 15 mins walking or bus. The room is clean and spacious.」
