「O local é lindo e muito confortável, tem uma vista privilegiada do Lago Maggiore. O atendimento muito cortez e gentil. O quarto é muito confortável, com cama boa , box com tamanho bom. 「The property is in a great location, just some steps to Volta square and plaza Cavour, near to train station, the room is clean and quiet, everything works well, it would be appreciated more coffee capsules in the room. The instructions to pick up the key and how to enter is enoigh clear (you need internet to see instructions), the rooms are exactly on left hand (brown door) after you passed across 3 glass doors.」

「Très bons échanges en amont de notre arrivée et très bon accueil par Debora. Belle grande chambre dans un immeuble très bien rénové. Il y a pas mal d'escaliers (2 ou 3ème étage) pour atteindre la chambre mais nos valises ont été montées par le mari de Debora :) L'immeuble est très bien situé en plein centre à environ 10-15 minutes de la gare (avec les valises et les pavés on avance moins vite :)) Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix (salé, sucré, yaourts, fruits..).」

「 Meine Freundin Corinne hat für uns zwei Zimmer für 4 Nächte im Guesthouse Magliaso gebucht. Wir waren leider beide in verschiedenen Gebäuden untergebracht und ich, im Zimmer 1 hätte ohne Corinne im Zimmer 7 keinen Zugang zum Gemeinschaftsraum und somit auch nicht zu Kaffee oder Kühlschrank gehabt . Auch hatte ich keinen TV im Zimmer und das alles zum gleichen Preis wie meine Freundin, was mich ziemlich irritiert hat!Vergeblich suchte ich auch nach einem Kleiderhaken hinter der Türe, das...

「wir hatten 2 Nächte gebucht mussten aber wegen Krankheit eine stornieren lassen. Dass kostete uns trotz Zeiteinhaltung dann noch 20€.-Aber egal! Das zimmer war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad geräumig, in neu renoviertem Zustand. .Alter solider Bau und daher ohne NEBEN-Geräusche. Das einzige ist für längeren Aufenthalt, dass es nur sehr wenig Tagesliccht rein lässt. Der See mit Badestrand(öffentlich) ist ca. 100m Fussweg. Wir werden wieder hinfahren für kurze Aufenthalte.」

「Was an issue, but I couldn't define adequately the reason. During the booking, I don't remember to have the option to change the age of my kid. I came early and alone to do the check in and receive the key. When we arrive late in the night, the booking was done for under 1 year old (she is 11) so just one bed was in the bedroom. They offer option to resolve and that's a good point, but the error could be in the website, or the hotel options. But definitively, the location was great to visit...

「The hotel is in a historical building, one block from the lake and docks, lots of stairs, so if accesibility is important, look somewhere else, this is a very charming place to stay, we had a room with lake view (partial), and it was spacious and well decorated, staff very attentive and overall a very nice experience to stay in Como.」
