「内装がとても可愛らしいステキなホテルでした。あちこちにポスターもかけられ、美しく飾られていました。 朝食もメニューが豊富で美味しかった。事前の質問にも丁寧に答えてくださってありがたかったです。」

「The hotel has incredible views and overall everything is very well maintained and beautiful. However, I was disappointed that there was no air conditioning, even considering it’s a mountain location. In addition, the fact that smoking was allowed left a tobacco smell in the room, which was quite uncomfortable. In short, the setting is wonderful, but these details definitely affected the comfort of the stay. I hope this feedback is taken as constructive, because the place has a lot of potential.」

「Very comfy hotel with a great view. Had enough amounts of beach beds for every guest. There is a free pedal boat. Very quiet location. Fully satisfied of their service except for that omelet isn't free in breakfast... 」

「日本語の話せる現地スタッフさんがいました。ルガノ中心地までは歩くと20分くらいかかります。１駅イタリア寄りのParadissoからは徒歩７分ぐらいですが、駅からは下り、帰りは登りで、かなり勾配がきついです。宿泊中バスは無料で使えます。」

「Ogni volta che ho inviato un messaggio per richiedere il servizio navetta, ho ricevuto una risposta rapida e utile. Gli autisti della navetta e il personale dell'hotel mi hanno accolto tutti con un sorriso e la colazione era deliziosa. Inoltre, l'aria condizionata era già accesa in camera, rendendola confortevole e permettendomi di riprendermi completamente dalla stanchezza del viaggio.
