「It was great value. I stayed on the night before catching a ferry and this was the perfect location. I called beforehand with a query and they answered very quickly. Check in was easy. They took me to the room to make sure I get there. Drinking water was available. Good kitchen and communal areas. It was a very pleasant stay」

「The staffs are all excelent, warm and supportive. The family room we booked was clean enough and with nice furnitures but had no window. But still ok. The hotel is old style so there was no lift which was quite difficult for tourists like us carrying a large suitcases, but the staff had kindly supported us. No air conditioner in the room」

「To be honest we only booked this hotel because it was the nearest one we could find to Gatwick when all the flights got canceled. As it happens it was an excellent choice and we are definitely thinking of booking it as a.place to stay in its own right.」
