The area was good. Walkable to a lot of areas. Stairs are crazy steep, it good for heavy luggage & we were up 2 flights. Air cons on wall in rooms don’t work. High rooms very stuffy & hot. If you open doors/windows incredibly loud with trams and locals to all hours. For the money, not worth it.

Top notch place to stay close to the center of Amsterdam but just outside the major tourist circle. Perfect for high end business meetings or upscale casual tourists. Would definitely stay here again!
