「Welcomed upon arrival and very pleasant. Asked about previous says and was interested in visit to Oskaloosa.」

「Have family in Oskaloosa and stayed here last weekend helping them at their house. Was very impressed with the property. Room was clean, smelled good and had recent updates. Comfortable too. Would stay here again.」

「This is an older hotel but dont judge a book by it's cover. The room was clean ( no carpet!)and just what we needed for a quick one night stay. The staff was nice. The only thing I could complain about was the washcloths were on the old side.」

「I appreciated the helpfulness of every staff member I interacted with, customer service was very important to them, and I felt like they truly valued my business. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet.」

「Pillows were awful and flat, nothing to them, didn’t have choices on bed. Long hallways to room so if not close to elevator then will be long walk to room. Breakfast was very bland tasting and juices were super watered down. Rooms were good size and bed wasn’t bad considering hotel bed, ac unit in our room seemed new so kept cool well, super small fridge so plan accordingly if need it to store your goods.」

「I have booked a room described as "1 King bed with Recliner". However, entering the room we found an office chair only. We are 2 people intending to spend 2 nights/3 days in the room so I asked at the front desk about "Recliner", or any chair. They looked puzzled. Since I insisted that we need another chair, a guy was sent to grab an office chair from another room. Anyway, since then we were not trusting this place to match the price of $100/night. It is very run down, not being taken...

「We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in Pella! The stay was wonderful. Would recommend it highly.」

「The photos on the website are not at all what the rooms look like. The room was dirty, the hangers all 3 of them had dust on them, the luggage rack was dirty and dust. No water pressure. We had to leave after one night」
