"This Inn is wonderful and I loved my studio. What I don't like about staying here is the check in is at 4:00 pm and the studio rooms are NEVER ready on time. So you are paying for a room that you don't enter until 4:30 pm if you are lucky! And have to check out before 10 am. Not even 24hours. The miscommunication between the front desk and house keeping needs to be fixed. "

We ended up paying more for a room in another building. We had to move all our items over ourselves. "

They need some serious training, being rude and standoffish is not the level I would expect from Pendry. Property and rooms are 11/10 Staff needs serious work. Be nice to people. That simple.
