"Tonya the person responsible for breakfast was awesome. She was working alone and managed to keep everything clean neat and plentiful. She was very friendly and more than eager to wait on customers. Kudos to Tonya you need more like her. She made the stay pleasant. The young lady working in the lounge was not friendly and she needs to improve her customer service skills. I didn’t get her name but she is the only one I have seen working serving drinks behind the bar. Maybe she was having a bad night."
