「Excellent stay in Naples! The host was exceptionally kind, patient, and attentive to every detail. They communicated clearly, addressed concerns promptly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. What impressed us most was their thoughtfulness and respect for all guests. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Naples. We hope to return soon!」

「This place is a hidden gem! The moment I walked into the room, I was pleasantly surprised. It was much more spacious than I had expected and spotlessly clean. Everything felt very new, as if the room had recently been renovated. You can really see how much thought and care the hosts have put into every detail of the space. I even loved the scents of the hand soap and shower gel! Because I was a little confused by Naples’ public transportation, we ended up arriving about an hour later than the...

「The proprietor Enrico is extremely helpful and a gem of a human being. I didn’t pay enough attention to the directions to get in (my fault) so make sure to read all of the instructions sent before arriving. A great breakfast made with care and the metro is close enough to get pretty much anywhere.」

「Excellent service, very clean, courteous staff」

「Owner and service at the property was great. It was a little difficult to find address but that is how Naples is. This is not hotel but very nice and friendly bed and breakfast place.」

「Host Diego was the best! He helped me with a can and was such a nice man and full of local information. Great breakfast. Clean. Modern. Safe area. Will definitely stay here again when in Naples.」

「Breakfast was really good, property well maintained and clean. Staff are super friendly!! They made us feel like home!! So generous, loving, caring and so friendly!!」

「The room was impeccable and comfortable. It had all I usually miss in other hotels: plenty and good lighting in the bathroom (frontal and not from the top), enough hooks for all the towels and wardrobe, power sockets for phone chargers (incl. integrated USB and USB-C sockets by the night stands). Agnese was super lovely, took the time to explain everything and give us some tips for the city. The subway is close by, and the old town is only a few minutes by foot, so it is easy to reach all the...

「Schicke Zimmer, jedoch im 3. OG ohne Aufzug. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal」

「Wonderful place. And the host was amazing too.」

「The host has been very kind and available, he waited till 11:50 pm to check me in. The room was clean, the breakfast was great and also served in the room. Highly recommended!」

「Overall good - room was as described and clean, good location, staff was responsive and attentive. Breakfast includes 1 drink and 1 pastry. As advertised, the property has no elevators, so you need to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to the front desk on the 2nd floor. Our shuttle driver was around 10 minutes late. Would definitely stay again!」

「Bedroom difficult to access」

「The most plush stay of my trip, and very close to the subway station. I wish I had another day in Naples as a result!」
