"The room contained outdated furniture in poor condition. The bathroom ceiling was leaking, and the air conditioner continued running even when the set temperature was reached. Additionally, parts of the walls were damaged and peeling. While the staff were helpful, the overall condition of the property was not well maintained"

"The property is old and not very well maintained. They had a dehumidifier in the hallway to try to control the humidity. The toilet had issues that we noticed right after checking in, the room telephone did not work so we had to go down to the front desk to report it, they said they would send someone to check it but did not ask for our room number. We asked them if they wanted our room number, but the front desk said they already had it and would sent someone over, but they did not. We struggled with that the whole stay. For some reason there was no hot water on the last day of our stay, so that was a nuisance as well. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and quiet. We enjoy having 24hr room service. We were very pleased to find a Starbucks right outside the lobby! We chose this hotel as it is one of the few in the area with a pool, although the pool is very shaded and we didn’t get to enjoy swimming in the sunshine as much as we would have liked. We would absolutely recommend and stay again!"
