「The hot tub is not included, which I found very misleading, as you have to pay extra to use it. The property was also very dirty, and it was obvious that many things had not been properly checked or maintained. The size of the accommodation and the number of the beds were not as advertised correctly. Several beds and other items were broken. There were also a number of maintenance issues: the bathtub was blocked, the toilet door did not lock, and there were several other problems throughout...

「This property could do with a very deep clean it's tired/dirty looking in the hallways especially the carpet. The room itself was standard, the bathroom was clean but there was a lot of dust on light fittings, the TV remote was filthy and it was just generally dusty. One of the lights weren't working and The bed was comfy and the staff were friendly.」

「Very comfortable and clean rooms, good selection of breakfast meets requirements for vegetarians. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Just a couple of things to consider, bar seemed to have run out of a couple of drinks options we ordered. We had traveled from South East London after finishing work. Managed to get to the property around 9:40. Just made it to last food orders for 9:45.May be helpful if the kitchen order time is extended to perhaps 10:00 pm. Otherwise a good stay, have stayed...

「Our room was spacious, and being on the top floor, it had a great view. We ordered room service, and it was delivered promptly, making our stay very comfortable. We also appreciated having slippers in the room, which made it even more relaxing. The only minor downside was that the shower pressure was a bit weak. Otherwise, we had an excellent stay.」

「Very clean and neat. Accessible from city Centre etc.」

「Very nice!」

「Big spacious rooms with enough room for a family of 4 in a room with 3 beds. Very clean and tidy and updated hotel. Bar on site was excellent, food was great...can get busy so book a table if you can.」
