「Condo was as advertised. Easy to access, great location, beautiful view off back porch, quiet and clean. There was a couple of slight mis cues by the (only 1 trash bag and only 1 roll of TP). Its funny because that has happened before with us at a VRBO rental. Seems all owners are chincy with TP and trash bags, go figure. Would go back to this condo for sure」

Extremely easy and convenient check-in/check-out, great communication with iTrip when needed, 2 min walk to the beach, short walk to restaurants, pool is nice, room is very clean and includes small kitchen, beach chairs, umbrellas and more! 「This was an overall great stay! Great location as well. When I checked in though, I was barely greeted by the front desk gentlemen- same thing when we checked out, same man- no smile, not even a peep so I was a little thrown off by that. The pool area was nice but inside the pool, the steps looked like they needed some scrubbing, almost like moldy so not the cleanest pool I’ve seen. The valet guys were AWESOME! All super nice and hospitable, offering waters every time we picked up our car....

「The old Florida cottage was old Florida. It was clean with history and very friendly property management. I grew up in this area and this is what vacation was before all the resorts cluttered the beach. I mis booked our cottage and the manager met me and fixed it without argument. Close to the beach and far enough from south beach that you had some peaceful time off. Would definitely go back and have already recommended to several friends and family.」
