「The rooms were good. Spacious and met our needs especially the family suite. Pack n plays were in good condition. Pool needs a good clean. The pool sides have not been done in some time. Breakfast was busy and got bogged down at the toaster. Need another toaster or a fast continuous feed toaster. 」

「Our room booked for 4 people was only suitible for 2. The sofa bed was not made up, and there were no extra sheets to make it up ourselves. One person had to sleep on the sofa and 3 shared the king bed. We were not in the main building and there is no one on site for the seniors building where our room was located. 」

「We were seriously disappointed in the accommodations this stay at the Quality Inn. We go to Midland every year at this time and usually stay here and it’s always been nicely kept and clean. This time upon checkin we were put in 101- the motel at the back of the property. The outdoor grounds were completely littered with cigarette butts and food garbage that had been ripped apart and a broken shopping cart upside down.
