「Beautiful property in a beautiful village. Very large beer garden, large bathroom with a bath (instead of a standard shower). They provided a fan to partially compensate for lack of A/C (during a record breaking heatwave), but wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if ever in South Yorkshire. Easy FREE parking.」

「Great stay however the rooms were not overly clean. It seems housecleaning need to rush to get rooms ready and do a basic wipe over, but it is not really to the standard expected of a 4star hotel. Hotel staff were friendly and grounds and common areas were very nice. Food a little disappointing (plates hot but breakfast not). With some attention to detail this property would be really good 😊」

「Dated dirty and drab.
Cracked basin and toilet cistern. grubby broken light pulls. Cracked lampshades on bedside lamps.. random unmatched tiles in bathroom and lime scale staining.
Flaking paint on windows and failed double glazing on windows.
Teenage staff doing their best in spite of the fact that it appeared noonehad paiduch attention to our room for 20 years.」

「Hotel looked great online and like a 1970s holiday camp when we arrived with metal staircases and chalet rooms
We also had a lovely guest decide to smash the room up under us and threaten everyone police called not 1 member of staff checking anyone was ok
Breakfast was awful all in all never to be repeated again」
