"The room was not what I thought I reserved from Expedia. No one at hotel could make an upgrade due to being a 3rd party. When calling Expedia, which was not easy, they blame it on the hotel. A lot of finger pointing but not much action for the customer."

"The hotel, IMO, was the very definition of OK - friendly, courteous staff and the property was clean but fairly outdated looking. Overall the rooms were satisfactory but we had 2 big complaints - 1. Initial access was an absolute nightmare as we had to keep walking up / down to the front desk because the 10 digit door codes (x3) did not work and a manager had to physically walk up and override to a 4 digit code as he could not get the 10 digit codes to work either. 2. We had 2 rooms, the HVAC in Room 1406 (Tower 1) was ridiculously loud, annoying when it kicked in - we had it set to a modest 70."

"Gorgeous beach view, clean and comfortable room. A little outdated, but that doesn’t detract from the stay at all. Only suggestion is to put shower curtain liners in - the bathroom in the king room had a mesh panel at the top of the curtain and the water went right through it and flooded the bathroom floor. We wound up turning the shower head towards to wall and showered facing the curtain to minimize the water on the floor. But overall we loved our stay and would absolutely recommend!"
