I love this resort. By far, my favorite resort to stay. Especially with kids! It's very clean, check in and out was super easy, and even though we got a lodge we were able to use the golf cart tram thing that they have most of the time.

The location was excellent, but the reception staff were useless. The man at check-in didn’t know anything and spoke very little English. At our last day we wanted to extend our stay directly at the hotel, but the receptionist said we had to do it through Expedia ??? Also, according to Expedia, we were supposed to receive a $10 voucher per person from the hotel for a show, but unfortunately nobody knew anything about it. We had a total of three cockroaches in the apartment. Otherwise the apartment was spacious and nice.

The best studio unit I've ever stayed in. If I could have this particular unit every time I came to Myrtle Beach, SC that would be perfect. It was such a magical and short walk to the beach. Everyone in the complex was friendly and helpful.

I’m assuming bc I booked through Expedia, the original room I selected was not the room we got. My husband had an immediate reaction to something in the livingroom area or on the porch and developed a sinus infection. The sofa was small and uncomfortable and no other seating available but 1 dining room chair. The bed was comfortable! The room was fine for what we needed, but definitely can use some TLC with some wear and rust areas. Also our key card stopped working, and it’s a long track back to the front office to have them re key the cards.

The property at Ocean Creek was maintained beautifully with their landscaping and outside amenities, such as the pools and access to the beach. As far as the individual condo, it was nice and clean, but the owner needs to make sure the kitchen is better stocked as far as dish detergent, paper towels, hand and dish towels, and more dishes to accommodate families during their stay. These are the basic items needed when checking into a unit that provides a kitchen. I would definitely return, but would like not to have to make a trip to the Dollar Tree to get these needed items for the kitchen.
