「All inclusive is a great idea! 」

「This is a very special property and hotel. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return again someday. Just be aware that the surf and winds on the Atlantic side of the island are more pronounced so if you want tranquil water you would want to stay on the west side of the island. But this is a wonderful place and we are used to waves and found the trade winds very refreshing. 」

The ocean is very loud, but when you close the sliding door, not a sound! Only negative about the room is lack of closet space: only 2 drawers and very few hangers (they sent up more). 「We were facing the parking lot, which was fine. Should have book ocean view. Staff was very helpful, kind and wished us good morning or good evening depending of the time of day. I will recommend this place. We also liked the fact that there was a food court/boutiques on the other side of the street. Thank you again.」

「空港からタクシーで20分程。到着エリアでdispatcherにホテル名を伝え他の乗客と混載。 客室はレセプションのある海に面した建物とは別棟。内陸側だったが2階だったためバルコニーから若干海が見えた。 客室はリビング兼ダイニング（ここにもシングルベッド1台）とベッドルーム（キングサイズベッド1台）。シャワーのみだが水圧と湯量はOK。設備は電子レンジ、ガスコンロ、冷蔵庫、電気ケトル。金庫はなかった。WiFiは速くはないしたまに切断するがそこまで問題なし。3泊したが清掃は綺麗だった。夜は周辺のナイトクラブから音楽が聞こえやや騒がしい。 最終日はチェックアウト時刻を2時間程延長してもらえたのは感謝したい。ツアーデスクのスタッフもフレンドリーで親切に各種ツアーの相談・申し込みをしてもらえた。 プールサイドのテラスから望む海と夕暮れは最高。」

「Soco hotel met all our expectations. If you are looking for a quiet, AI ,adults only resort in a great location this is the one . Easy to walk to places or catch bus , located on Richard Haynes boardwalk to watch sunsets or go to other beaches and small beach right in front of hotel which has boulders for relaxing swim. Never had an issue with getting lounger but we usually walked to other beaches . Meals were great à la cate which was a nice change from typical buffets. Bar closes early...

「No water for two days. Cold water after that for a further day. No activities for adults or children but was described in all inclusive. Lock on door not working - breach of security. No food available between meal times even though there should have been on the all inclusive plan. Meal was set menu. No Wi Fi for whole period. Refused to let us change room despite no water and a door that didn’t lock. No tables of umbrellas at outside bar - just chairs as tables and umbrrrllas were not delivered...
