「I had a little bit of trouble in getting the reservation number in a timelymanner, which was necessary to activate the Bern "welcome" card, which is different from the Expedia one. Butafter a couple of requests, I got it over a phone call, just before getting on a tram, so no problem after all, but maybe for some people it might be stressful to ask many times, so it might be better if you could provide the number more systematically (a friend who stayed at a different hotel received it...

「The staff were kind and polite, and the rooms and balconies were clean. The weather was nice, so the view from the room was amazing. I also liked the cheese and ham at breakfast. If I come to Switzerland again, I'd definitely like to stay here again.」

「Rommet var det beste med hotellet, super fint og rent rom. Hotellet var ellers litt halvferdig og frokosten dårlig. Ansatte spiste også av frokost buffé under «rydding» og virket sur. Ellers var de i resepsjonen hyggelig og hjelpsomme.」

「駅から２~３分の所にあります。駅の隣にキオスクやスーパーもあります。ホテルから奥に行くともう少し大きなスーパーがあります。 朝食は無料で、飲み物、パン、ヨーグルト、卵、チーズ、ハムなど、シンプルですが十分だと思います。物価の高いスイスでは無料朝食は助かりました。 スタッフもフレンドリーです。ホテルにはBar、カフェも併設しているのでゆっくりできます。ベルン市内のホテルは高いので、ゆっくり静かに過ごしたいのならおススメのホテルです。」

「朝食は8時からでしたが「Jungfrauに行くから早めに外出したい」とお願いしたら、6時にしてくれました。割と融通は効くみたいです」

「部屋にキッチン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジなどがそろっていて1泊ではもったいないほど充実したお部屋でした！ 共有スペースにもフリーのお菓子やドリンク、ビリヤードなどがあり とても遊び心があふれる、アットホームなホテルでした。 ルームキーやチェックインなどはすべて事前にネットからすることができ、ホテルスタッフの方と顔を合わせることはほぼありませんでした。」

「新しいホテルで、コーヒー、紅茶が自由に飲めるのが嬉しい。オレンジやリンゴ、ちょっとしたお菓子やアイスまで置いてあります。レストランもあるので便利です。貧乏旅行の私は、近くのスーパーでパンやサラダを買って来て、コーヒー入れて食べてました。ビジターズカードがもらえ、トゥーンまでのバスは滞在中無料です。バス停が近く、夜24時近くまで運行してます。トゥーン湖フェスティバルの夜の部観劇しても、ホテルまでバスで帰って来れます。10分おきにバスが来ます。静かな街で過ごしやすいです。隣の工場が平日あさ7時前から動き出し、音がちょっと気になります。」
