「Best place to stay if you have a car and if you like a quiet spot. Right in the mountains with a great views of the Tungurahua volcano, very close to the "casa del arbol " which is an unbeatable spot for the view of the volcano. Rooms are more like small bungalows , very spacious with very comfortable beds. We absolutely loved our stay there. 」

「Excelente servicio, no les voy a hablar de lo que ya califique con estrellas, les voy a hablar de la calidad humana del servicio que recibí, durante mi estadía mi señora madre murió en mi país de origen y tuve que realizar una serie de tramites de forma remota, la ayuda prestada por el personal del hotel fue de las alta calidad humana y solidaria no tengo palabras para agradecerles, sin duda volveré a visitar este hotel y lo recomiendo sin duda lo disfrutaran.」

「Amazing staff. Main guy was AWESOME. He spoke English. Set me up with all the activities, and knew what was good and what was not. There were 2 girls that worked as volunteers for we work that were just as cool and spoke English as well. My one complaint was my room had no hot water..... I left the water on for 5 minutes. It only got colder.... I needed that shower too... The locals like to party... all night long... my gosh. Makes it harder to sleep. 」
