The staff was very helpful and kind. In the building itself we unfortunately didn’t find much to praise. We’re pretty sure the first room we were given had water damage. Water (condensation?) also drips from a hole in the ceiling on top of the reception. Rooms aren’t well soundproofed, quite a bit of noise from the other rooms and the hallway. Overall the place just looks in need of repairs. The location is kind of convenient though, right next to a supermarket and with easy access to and from the airport via skytrain. Probably if the halal factor is important to you then you might appreciate this hotel more.

Good connection to airport

Close to airport link Hua mak station so good connection to airport. Room was OK. There were many tourist group from different countries. Breakfast is simple and tastes were similar each other. Simple swimming pool & gym (dumbbell & 2 treadmill) on the top of hotel. Supermarket is in walking distance where you can eat and shop.

Very useful location as I was on business in the suburbs but also wanted to visit the city. Very convenient next to the airport link train and one of the MRT lines. Good enough for the price. Lovely staff and a few good places to eat nearby. I will likely stay again when I visit the same customer. Very convenient for the airport without being right there.

Staff are very helpful and hospitable, however the hotel has limited facilities. Our room on the 8th floor had a separate bedroom was OK, but stuffy as there are no balconies in the hotel and no fresh air circulating from outside. The air-conditioning in both the lounge area and the bedroom were blowing air at high volume, even when you use the lowest setting, and is directed directly above your head on the bed and sofa in the lounge, so you are feeling cold air on your face all night, which forced us to cover our heads or turn off the air con every few hours, basically not comfortable nights.
