In the meantime, I also acknowledge your comment about the pricing of the Champagne glass which has increased from your last visit. I fully empathize with your feeling. Allow me to transparently share that, since the crude oil and gas pricing has skyrocketed with the crisis in Ukraine, there has been a significant cost increase in wine, and even more in Champagne, predominantly due to the cost of bottle making. Meanwhile, with the weather conditions in 2021 & 2022, the production of Champagne has gone done while the demand remained high, pushing the pricing even higher. Finally, with the current global economic environment, the surge in utilities cost, in salary & wages, in transportation, as well as the heavy taxation on imported items in Thailand, we had no other choice to review our pricing to maintain the quality of our offering.
