I keep coming back

I keep coming back to this property because everything is just right, all the time for a reasonably sized room at a reasonable price. The staff are helpful and flexible as well.

Great value for the money.

Clean, simple studio apartment located I calm Soi. Not noisy and a real bargain for the price. Beds are acceptable and I slept well. I can highly recommend it as a place to stay if you have basic needs and expectations. A positive experience all in all.

Very Satisfied

I actually really liked this place and, although it is modest, it was all and exactly what I needed for my 2-night stop-over in Bangkok. It is clean and modern and everything worked and it is a short walk to the Green Line sky train. I have no complaints.

You get what you pay for?

Not bad, not great. Truly a 2-3 star experience. Good for one night or if your on an extreme budget a few more days. No bugs, etc, clean but simply put an older model hotel designed for you to have a roof over your head and bed to sleep in and privacy. Ful-fills your basic needs.

Nice surrounding areas, two 7/11, a Lotus fresh market and a Pharmacy within 1 minute walk. 6 minutes walk to Punnawithi BTS station.

安くて快適

友人（女性）と二人で隣り合わせの部屋に泊まりましたが、値段の割には広くて清潔でした。 エアコンも十分に効き、周りも静かで熟睡できました。 チェックインはいつも外にいる人に初めに500バーツ払うと鍵をくれます。帰りに鍵を返すと500バーツ帰ってきます。 ちょっと不安な感じの人ですが、その辺はしっかりしていました。

This has to be one of the best hotels I have stayed in Bangkok,15 minutes walk from the nearest sky train,5 mins walk to large 7\11.The room had microwave and big fridge with a freezer compartment,and a decent balcony,the room was spacious and clean,I would be more than happy to stay here again.
