良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

ワットアルンの夜景を楽しむには最適なホテルです。部屋はスタンダードタイプだったので、広くはないですが清潔でした。夕食は、ホテルのレストランに行きましたがすぐ注文を聞きに来てくれず人手不足を感じました。他には不満はないです、スタッフの対応も丁寧でした。少し狭い路地にありますが王宮周辺のアクセスも良いです。

臭い以外は完璧なホテル。

タイ訪問記念にワットアルンビューに泊まりました。フロントでウェルカムドリンクも出してくれてました。シンプルで的確な笑顔での案内に好感。部屋からは素晴らしい眺め。ワットアルンを遮るもの無く眺められます。素晴らしかった。綺麗に掃除されており清潔で、必要なものは全て揃っている。ただ、夕方から部屋にへどろのような悪臭が漂ってきて、夜中には臭くて寝れなくなるなるほど。朝部屋を出るとドア前の吹き抜け状の階段下から臭いが上がってきている様子。川のそばなので避けられない問題とは思うが、部屋にだけでも消臭対策が必要かと。ルーフトップバーではバンコクのクラフト生ビールが飲めました。食事もたのしめるようです。朝食もワットアルンを眺めながら。タイ粥を頂いたがとても美味しかった。チェックアウトもテキパキ対応してくれてよかった。臭い以外は完璧でした。臭いさえ無ければ、また泊まりたい。観光地の直近とはいえ、夜間の駅から道は人通りが少なめで女の一人歩きは少し怖い印象。

ワットポービューに3泊しました。部屋からの景色も最高でした。ずっと眺めていたかったです。次回はワットアルンビューに泊まりたいです。選べる朝食は毎食とっても美味しくて朝ワットアルンを眺めながらの朝食は最高でした。虫対策は万全にしていったので問題なかったです。4階まで階段がちょっと辛かったぐらいでロケーションも寺院巡りに最高でした。近くにオシャレなカフェやレストランもあるので便利です。ここのレストランの夕食も最高に美味しかったです！また来たいです！

ワットアルンが目の前に！

ワットアルンが目の前に！ 5回のルーフトップバーから目の前がワットアルンという素敵な場所！フロントスタッフもとても気さくで快適なチェックインができました。ウェルカムドリンクのジンジャーシロップが、スパイシーでびっくり！暑くて一気に飲んでしまい喉がヒリヒリ！スタッフがココナッツキャンディをくださって助かりました。スタイリッシュは部屋も素敵でした。残念ながら、早朝にチェックアウトだったので、朝ごはんが食べられなかったのが残念です。また訪れたいです。

とても親身になって対応してくれました

チェックイン時、スーツケースのタイヤが壊れてしまったことを伝えると、設備の方を呼んでくれて直してくれました！他にも色々対応してくれて、とても嬉しい気持ちで滞在できました！三階だったため、眺望はいまいちでしたが、オシャレな部屋にも満足しました！

窓は全面ガラス張りのため、目の前はチャオプラヤー川とワットアルンが一望できる。朝はブルー色、夕暮れは濃紺、夜は漆黒の中のワットアルンの眺望を楽しむことができた。欲を言えば、窓を開くことができ、バルコニーがついていれば申し分ない。

隠れ家のようないけてるホテル

初めての滞在でしたが、スタッフの方々、ハウスキーピングの方、みなさまフレンドリーでした、とてもよい気持ちで滞在しました。このホテルは、なによりワットアルンの眺望でしょう。東京タワーのみえるホテルなど気にならないくらい、歴史を感じてしまいます。三島由紀夫の小説に書かれている暁の寺をこんなに部屋からよくみえるのは、このホテルぐらいです。この眺望を堪能し、へやもモダンでおしゃれですし、よいですが、３階まで階段で上がるのは、なんともです。あと、場所がすこしわかりにくく、人にきいてやっと到着しました。一度、これれば、あとは大丈夫でした。しいて言えば、カップルにおすすめしたい。雰囲気のあるとこでした。

おしゃれなホテルです。

4:00AMに到着のフライトでそのままホテルに向かい、まだ5:00くらい。チェックインは16:00からで、予約している部屋はまだ前の人がいるので使えませんと言われましたが、一つ上のランクの部屋は空いていて、プラス2500円くらいですぐに部屋を使わせてくれると提案してくださり、そうしました。おかげで早朝から路頭に迷うことなく助かりました。スタッフの方々はみなさんとても親切だし、レストランやバーから見えるワットアルンはとても特別です。確かに少し匂いが気になったり、巨大ホテルと比べれば設備は劣りますが、ここはブティックホテルなのでそこを比べるものでもないし、部屋やレストラン、バーもとてもおしゃれでとてもよかったです。ご飯も美味しかったです。

ワットアルンリバービュールームに泊まるのがオススメです

バンコクのホテルを色々と検索しているときに、このホテルの「ワットアルンリバービュー」ルームを発見。部屋から見える眺望が素敵だな、と一目惚れでした。エレベーターはないですが、スーツケースはスタッフの方がきちんと部屋まで運んで下さいます。また他の口コミにあったような虫がたくさんいた、ということは全くなく、清潔なお部屋でした。（私もその口コミを見て、別のホテルにしようかな、、、と悩みましたので）ホテルから徒歩圏内に、セブンイレブン、オシャレなmake me mango、こじんまりしたカフェやレストラン、ワット・アルンへ渡る船が出ているターティアン船着場などもありました。実際に2泊宿泊しましたが、騒音などなく落ち着いて、ライトアップされたワットアルンとチャオプラヤー川を行き交う船をボーッと眺め、癒されました。小さいホテルなので団体客が居ないのも良かったです。また朝食付きのプランでしたが、早朝からアユタヤ遺跡をオプショナルツアーで申し込んでいたので、実際ホテルで頂いた朝食は一度でした。頂いたメニューは、サーモンエッグベネティクトでしたが他にもカオマンガイもありましたし、10種類ほどは選択できたと思います。お味も美味しかったです。また、ホテルで食べれなかった朝食分は、スタッフの方が気を効かせてくれ、簡易的なものでしたがジュースとお弁当を持たせてくれました。お心遣いが嬉しかったです。「ワット・パクナムへ行きたい」とフロントのお姉さんに伝えると、「あそこはタクシーが捕まりにくいから」と往復してくれるタクシーを電話してくれて呼んでくれました。タイ語も元より英語も単語レベルの自分ですが、終始親切に対応してくださり、このホテルを選んで良かったと思います。普段このような口コミは書いたことがないのですが、思わず書きたくなるほど良いホテルでした。最後になりましたが、フロントスタッフのMs.ANNがとても親切丁寧で、ずっと笑顔で対応して頂きました。この場を借りてお礼させて頂きたいです。またバンコクへ行く際は、こちらに宿泊したいと思います。

ワットアルンを望むオシャレなホテルで、とても思い出深い滞在になりました。朝焼けに染まる川向かいのワットアルンは川も含めて絶景。王宮、ワットポーが徒歩圏で、滞在中は気持ちよく散歩もできます。近接するマーケット、商店街も東南アジアの雰囲気満載で、しばし現実を忘れてしまいました。部屋のテラスへのドアが壊れていたのでマイナスポイント。リピートしたいホテルです。

何もせずにのんびりと過ごすならおすすめ！

おしゃれでセンスのよい部屋。チャオプラヤとワットアルンを眺めながらゆっくりと過ごすなら最高です。周辺にはカフェやレストランが何件かありますがどこも閉店が早く、20時過ぎには静かになります。そのあとはホテルのレストランかルーフトップバーで。

リバー＆ワットビューのおしゃれなホテル

ワット・アルン＆リバービューのお部屋に1泊しました。部屋はおしゃれで快適で、ソファーに座ってゆったり眺望を楽しむことができました。スタッフも親切で、心地よいおもてなしを受けることができました。ただし、エレベーターがないので、重い荷物を持って階段を上がるのは大変かもしれません。立地は、ワット・ポーのすぐ近くにあって、観光にはすごく便利です。ホテル内にも、ホテル付近にも、川沿いのテラス席でごはんやお茶ができるレストランがいっぱいあって、ごはんに困ることもなかったです。

少し臭いが気になりました

ワットポーから徒歩２～３分、王宮周辺の観光には申し分ない立地です。ホテルの入り口が少々分かりにくいですね。というのも、袋小路？の一番奥にあり、更にその周りは問屋街？みたいにかなりごちゃごちゃしていたので。え、ここにホテルが？っていうようなところにあります。潔癖な人はちょっと尻込みしそうです。逆に、こういう雰囲気をタイっぽいと楽しめる人には良いと思います。(私は後者ですが) ホテルの内部はうってかわって、清潔でモダンです。ただ、立地によるものでしょうか、廊下の一部と、部屋がとにかく臭いのです。最初の部屋は、公衆トイレみたいな臭いがして、ここでは寝られないだろうって思いましたので、拙い英語で伝えると、快く部屋を替えてくれました。替えてもらった部屋は幾分かましでした。が、やはり気になったので、香りつきキャンドルを買ってきて焚きました(^_^;) リバービューの部屋の眺望は、写真通り、素晴らしいです。また、レストランのディナーも美味しいし、ルーフトップバーの眺めは最高だし、価格もリーズナブル。臭いだけですね、難点は。。

眺め最高です！

リバーサイドに2泊しました。プチホテルですので、個人の好みで分かれるかと思いますが、私にとってはお気に入りに追加です。次回の予約も早速入れました。良かった点・全面ガラス張りの大きな窓から対岸のワットアルンが目の前に見えます。・エクスプレスボートの桟橋もすぐ近く、船旅も楽しめますよ。・朝食はオープンデッキのリバーサイドで、部屋数が少ないので混み合う事はありません。但し、ディナーは早めの予約をお勧めします。・ちょっと歩けば、ローカルな市場あり、屋台ごはんに挑戦できます。残念な点・お部屋の臭い。下水の臭いがしました。・エレベーターなし、らせん階段のみです。・移動はタクシーとなりますが、ホテル近くのタクシーは、ぼったくられるケース大です。

若いスタッフのサービスが嬉しい絶景ホテル

川を挟んで目の前がワット・アルンという絶好のロケーション。夜景が綺麗でしたし、川と名刹を眺めながらの朝食は最高でした。フロントの方も親切で、バスの乗り場を調べてくれたり、タクシーを捕まえに一緒に通りまで荷物を持って出てくれたり、良いサービスをしようとの気持ちが溢れていました。

ムード抜群の好立地は◎、部屋の揚げ物臭さが×。スタッフサービスでトータルは良。

事前に調べていた通りの抜群のロケーションで、朝晩の変わりゆくワットアルンを間近に見られ、満足しました。スタッフの気配りも隅々まで行きわたり、ターンダウン時の冷たいドリンクサービスも嬉しかったです。残念だったのは、部屋が揚げ物くさかったこと。おそらく外気の取り入れで入ってきてしまうのでしょう。雰囲気の良いホテルだけに、なおさら気になり、フロントに伝えたところ、消臭スプレーやアロマを焚いてくれるなど、最善を尽くしてもらいましたが、翌朝には再び充満していました。部屋から廊下に一歩出ると全くしないので、次回には改善されていることを期待します。

観光に便利なロケーション

部屋はスタイリシュで洒落てますがエアコンの騒音が耳障りでした。テラスでWatArunを眺めながら頂く朝食と夜のルーフバーからのライトアップされた寺院の眺めは最高でした。スタッフも感じ良かったです。

良かった点 : スタッフとサービス

景色が非常に良いです。

小さい虫が沢山いました事が残念。エレベーターがなく、荷物はポーターさんにお任せです。思ったより、部屋が狭いと感じました。また、入り口が入り組んだ場所にあるので、注意が必要です。ホテルというより、ペンション的な感じでした。

ワットポー近く、チャオプラヤ川沿いの小さなホテル

ワットアルン（暁の寺）はチャオラヤ川を隔てて正面。夜景が素晴らしい。昼間は川を行きかう船の向こう側に見える。レストランのデッキもあるが、川沿いの部屋がお勧め。反対側はワットポー。通りから横に伸びる路地の奥にあり、わかりにくいので、タクシーのドライバーには地図を見せること。

ワットアルン対岸という立地が一番の売り

せっかく個人旅行なので、大手旅行社のパックツアーなどでは絶対にチョイスされない小規模ホテルを選んでみました。部屋のデザインはスタイリッシュでカッコイイのですが、内装・設備は、正直、高級ホテルというには見劣りします。シャワーの水圧もイマイチでした。（部屋の階数によるのかも？）エレベーターもないので、そういう設備面は気になる人には気になると思います。無線Wi-fiは部屋でも無料で使えますが、完全に観光客向けホテルなので、（少なくともスタンダードルームには）デスクは無く、タブレットやスマホをベッドで眺める仕様。無料の水（ペットボトル）は、ダブルルームで１日６本置いてあり、毎日補充され、コンビニで調達する必要はありませんでした。ＤＶＤも見れるVictorのミニコンポが置いてあって、接続ケーブルを持参すれば自分のiPodの音楽も聴けます。レストランの食事はとてもおいしく、ディナーも満喫しました。朝食はバイキングではなく注文してから調理するタイプですが、洋風・タイ風の数種類から選べ、パンもおいしく、味も量も満足です。そしてレストランからの対岸のワット・アルンの眺めは最高です。夜のライトアップされた夜景も、朝食時のさわやかな空気もどちらでも、あのリバービューは素晴らしいです。部屋からの眺望については、高い部屋を選ばないと、リバー・ビューにはなりません。私は一番安いスタンダード・ルームにしたので、チャオプラヤ川とは逆の路地側だったので部屋からは景色は堪能できずでした。

圧巻

出来たばかりのこのホテル、まだ日本人のレビューがなかったので、まっさらな気持ちで足を運びたいなと予約しました。とても気に入りました。小さなホテルですので、例えばエレベーターがなかったり、リノベーションした建物のため、レストランや外階段などの音が、結構ダイレクトに聞こえてきたりします。お部屋レベルも（センスはとても良いです）、もしかしたらバンコク中心部と比べてもちょっと割高かな、、、と思う方もいるかもしれません。でもそれ以上に、なんといっても窓から見えるワットの壮大さ！少人数ならではの、スタッフのきめ細やかなサービスと感じの良さ！ルーフからの360度パノラマ景色の息をのむ素晴らしさ！レストランでのお料理・お部屋のセンス含めて、とても気に入りました。初めてのバンコク旅行や、家族での旅行には向かないホテルかと思いますが、自分的には、バンコク旧市街の雰囲気も味わえ、もう一つお気に入りのホテルが増えた感じです。

観光に便利

周辺は下町感も漂うが、警備員の立つホテルの中に入ってしまえば別世界で、非常に綺麗。夜間、ルーフトップバーからライトアップされた対岸のワットアルンを眺めるのは大変気持ちがよい。また、スタッフは非常に親切・丁寧で清潔感があり、好感が持てる。朝食はメニューの中から選択する方式で、欧米風の料理もあるが、タイ料理も選べる。タイ料理を選んでもパンがもれなくついてくるので、ボリュームがある。前述のワットアルン(渡し舟利用)、ワットポーおよび王宮(徒歩圏内)に至近で、観光に非常に便利。ただし、観光客が集中するエリアのため、ホテル付近で客待ちをするタクシーは足元を見る運転手や詐欺師まがいの輩が多く、不愉快な思いをすることもある(当然、これはホテルの責任ではない)。また、新しく、かつ小さなホテルのため、タクシー運転手がホテル名だけでたどり着くことを期待してはいけない。ホテルで小さな地図をくれるが、それよりも、ワットポーまで走ってもらい、後は歩いたほうが早い。チャオプラヤエクスプレスの船着場が近く、船を利用するには大変便利。BTSなどその他公共交通機関は不便。

観光のための最高の立地

モダンなシティホテルといった内装のホテル。サービス、ホテルのレベルは中～高級の間といったところ。部屋のつくりも変わっており、デスクと洗面台がオープンキッチンのような形でワンルームの中にある。ホテルのグレードとしては可も不可もないといったところ。スタッフの対応は非常に良かった。皆親切で日常会話レベルの英語が使える人が多い。ホテルの最大の魅力はワットポーと対岸のワットアルンがホテルから見える位置にあることだ。これがなければ、40USドルの価値のホテルに成り下がると思う。朝食はバイキングではない。オーダーしてから調理する欧米式の朝食が中心。味は良い。ランチなら10USドル程度の価値がある味付けである。パンもとてもおいしく、ジャムは手作りのような味。オレンジジュースは生絞りのようであった、やや甘すぎたので多少砂糖を使っているのではという印象をうけた。総じて、交通の便がいつも悪い王宮、ワットポーに観光で行く人には最高のホテルといえる。夜のライトアップしたワットポーやワットアルンは非常に美しく、ホテルから見ることができるのは貴重である。

Nice hotel in a commercial area. Close to grand palace. Wat pho and wat arun. A few minutes walk to metro station Lovely staff and good food.

The bad news is I arrived on a Thursday and the stoop was so high, I guess they only put out a latter step for the weekend. Also it’s in an alley way so if you catch a Grab, you have to go to the top of the street. Also, they were heckling me before the trip to pay, even though I did the pay at arrival option. I didn’t tell my bank about the trip so they were denying the request and it would’ve been really inconvenient if the money was taken out before the trip. However, the good news is, once I arrived they were super accommodating and took my payment like normal. Also the rooms were exceptionally clean and stocked. Everyone was so polite and willing to help and the breakfast blew me away. I was traveling solo but planned the day out of the hotel so the no elevator didn’t bother me but if you’re bigger, like me, and plan on going to your room often, the stairs might be much on a higher floor.

Only one person at the lobby during the day and 3 people at night?? The one person had to do everything and we had to wait because she was busy with another guest. The room was good but there was no full size mirror and the toilet room was a bit too small. People keep banging their doors all day and night because their were so hard to close or open. The rooftop bar was great but the quality of food was bad. The bed was comfortable. I love the couch in the room. It was so cozy too. They need to clean the stairs steps. It looked so dusty. Breakfast was ok. The waiters at breakfast were nice and friendly. I spent almost $300 a night. I kinda expected something a bit better but overall was good.
