My third time staying at this location. Very clean perfectly located, easy walk to BTS, shopping etc. The staff are very professional and helpful, the Vietnamese restaurant is excellent.

Great experience and the location, big pool outside. Comfortable room with amazing view from the window. Very close to the BTS station, two shopping malls, and the fruit market. Definitely recommend!

Second time we’ve stayed here. Very clean, the staff are all very kind and attentive. The location is fantastic—close enough to the commercial/tourist attractions via the BTS but you also get an authentic experience with street food stalls fight down the street.

I chose this hotel because it was new but the facilities were a bit disappointing. The door handle was loose and the towel rack fell down the first day we arrived. Hope it was just some teething problem. But the staff were helpful and polite. The location was fine as the hotel was close to On Nut BTS station, Big C, Lotus, massage shops, a local market and a night market. It was away from the downtown and the cost of food and massage was relatively lower.

Ressemble davantage à une usine qu'à un hôtel. Le personnel est odieux, le ménage n'est pas fait, le parking est infernal. N'espérez pas un service 4* Hotel à éviter. Il y a beaucoup mieux a Bangkok

Good but not good enough! not recommended
Clean and new!! but you can hear any small sound(noise) from you next door. My room was connected room with the next door and the connection between rooms does not have any soundproofing. Convenient stores and other shops are a bit far from the hotel. Breakfast was not free, it is very limited and the same menu everyday. Day staff at the front was very helpful and nice, but a male staff working at night was not nice and did not understand what I asked.

They charged me 270 baht for a cup that I broke. It's a ridiculous sum for a cup.
