Nice hotel, restaurant and pool area. However, it's hard to reach and despite being very close from the airport train and MRT, it's not walkable and requires a shuttle service that only runs once an hour

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel whenever I visit Bangkok and this is the best one. The staff is really accommodating and the hotel is beautiful especially the breakfast and lunch buffet.

Only stayed for (2) nights before flying home. Hotel is clean and modern. Staff are very helpful and the Mercure run a very convenient shuttle service to MRT. Highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great stay all staff were very nice. I did have a very minor issue, i agreed day before late checkout at 2pm free of charge on the day at 12pm reception rang to say i need to checkout at 1pm !

Fantastic hotel!

Great stay.

One of the best beds for a hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Premium quality, sheets were great everything super clean each day. Will definitely stay here again. In fact, coming next week and already booked. Full disclosure, location wise is not perfect. Not walkable to anything, but easy to get up with Motorcycle taxi or regular taxi and the quality of the hotel makes up for any minor inconvenience in location.

Quick one night stay. Great location as near airport train and hotel has shuttle to train station. Brand new hotel, so hard to find even my uber driver missed entrance twice. Furniture is all new.

I loved this hotel so much! The room was very comfortable, and the staff was very attentive to all my needs. The breakfast had such a variety of food. The all day dining was nice after being out in hectic Bangkok city. The property was close to the train station, and they had an hourly schedule to take you to the train station. They also would pick you up at the train station. I felt they were sincerely concerned for my every need.

Good proximity to the MRT and Airport Link

We liked the proximity to the Petchaberri MRT Station and Airport link. The Tuk-Tuk shuttle is nice because it takes you right to the MRT station. The only complaint we had was that the people at the reception desk did not make it clear to us that the money we were paying for the breakfast buffet was just for one day and not for the whole time we were there, so we ended up having to pay more for the buffet than was expected.

It's not really near the train station...

The hotel room, facilities and service were all very good. But its location is not great. There's nothing - cafe, restaurants, shops, etc. - nearby. Definitely not the train stations (subway and airport). I wanted to just walk to and from the stations. But it was too far for me. There is a hotel shuttle but you need to follow the schedule. Foot massage at the ground floor was very good...

I enjoyed my stay here a lot. The bed was very comfortable and the pool on the 10th floor was great! There was no hot water for showers in the room but that wasn't a huge deal for me. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious although they only offer a small menu and it's overpriced. (they also charge a 10% service fee + 7% tax on everything) But overall, I enjoyed my stay. It's in a quiet area close to the blue line and the Makkasan train station making getting to and from the airport easy. I would consider staying there again next time!

Very clean, quite, well maintained hotel. Terrific staff, friendly, helpful, efficient. I thought it would be a easy walk from the Makkasan metro stop to the hotel given the short distance on the map (<500m). It is short, but the metro exit is the opposite direction from the hotel, so you double the distance walking out and then down to the street level. Also, there is no sidewalk on the road from the metro to the hotel. It's not the hotel's fault, but just a friendly notice to future guests who plan to walk from the metro to the hotel.
