Receptionists gave me very nice service with high hospitality and I am really satisfied with it. Room is very clean and quiet. Place is located in very convenient area. There’s many reasons that I will choose to stay in this hotel again. Highly recommended.

立地はBTSとMRTの駅が近くてとても便利。 バンコクは雨が降るとクルマがすごい渋滞をするのでそんな時も移動がしやすいです。 ターミナル21というショッピングセンターも近くて、小さめですがスーパーや綺麗めなフードコートなどもあるので便利です。 ちなみに、ターミナル21に行くには道路を渡らなきゃいけないけど、信号が遅くて昼は死にそうになるので、MRTの地下通路を使うのがおすすめです! ホテルはスタッフの方も明るくて親切で部屋も広々ですが、残念な点が一つ。プールがメインの私達にはプールが小さく、チェアーも少ししかないのでそこだけ残念でした。もちろん、プールバーもありません。 それ以外は大満足でした!

このホテルはヒルトンに最近変わりましたが、その前のプルマンバンコク、グランドミレニアムの頃からこのホテルを利用しています。ヒルトンになって朝食ビュフェのちょっとした衛生面の気遣いですが良くなったと思います。3泊しましたが2日目からは朝食の際に顔を見て部屋番号を覚えてくれていてちょっとじっくりしました。部屋の冷蔵庫の調子が悪かったのですが、すぐに交換してくれてお詫びにケーキなどを差し入れてくれました。またお世話になりたいと思いました。

ホテルはスクンビット駅から近くにあり、MRTとBTSが使えるので便利でした。朝食付きにしましたが多彩で美味しかったです。深夜便で到着後、通常は2時からのチェックインでしたが、9時過ぎに部屋を用意して頂けたので大変助かりました。また宿泊したいと思います。

The environment was great, easy to get around and the room was big. The bed is quite comfortable. You can tell it's an old hotel, but the overall equipment is not a big problem. Especially the breakfast, there are many kinds of food and very delicious, which made me feel delighted. There are some bars and restaurants for foreigners nearby, so the price is a bit higher. I recommend this hotel for especially business travelers.

チェックインの時間が守られてない
チェックインの時間が本来14:00のところを14:30以降にしか入れなかった点が不満です。昨年も利用させてもらいましたが、チェックインの時間は準備がまだ整っていないとの事で14:00から遅れました。それ以外は概ね満足です。

ホテル自体は綺麗ですが部屋は全体的に古く、設備があちこち壊れ気味でした。シャワーは5分も出していると排水されずに水が溜まってしまい、バスルームの外に水が流れ出てしまい、子供が滑って転んでしまいました。また初日にあったバスローブが2日目からセットされず不便でした。シャンプーやコンディションの出も悪く、諸々チェック不足だと思います。 また、宿泊前にベッドガードをリクエストしており、システム上に登録した、と回答があったにも関わらず話が通っておらず、結局当日にベッドガードはないとフロントで言われてしまい非常に困りました。 設備のクオリティやサービスの面では本当にファイブスター??と疑問に思う点が多々ありました。2回目は無いです。 立地はどこに行くにも便利で良かったです。

チェクイン時に、前の方のトイレのゴミが捨ててなかったり、スリッパが散乱してたりしました。清掃面でとても気になりました。また、2日目には、タオルが補充されなかったり、トイレがつまったりと非常に残念でした。対応はしてもらえましたが、毎日きちんと清掃や備品の補充などをしているのか不安になりました。
