Towels were not clean. Found stains on them and also on the bed linens.

The pressure is low that it’s almost impossible to shower ( I had stupidly ignored the reviews I had read and booked the accommodation).And the mixer knob is damaged with only the spine sticking out and thus impossible to use. The staff member there was not friendly and appeared unhappy to be working, which left a negative impression.
