「I paid so much money for my bath tub not to work and never get fixed. Then my shower was barely working. When I told the front desk they didn’t help me at all. They didn’t offer to move me. They sent someone and they said they’ll come the next day and never did.」

「There were problems from the beginning.Nobody to help with the luggage.Rude staff, especially the manager of the hotel.I made reservation for Amelia superior, which is four stars. The food in Amelia restaurant is one star.Awful.The room is good, spacious, but not verry clean. For all our stay they did not clean our shower cabin.I bought a bath cleaner and clean it myself. After we made a complaint, they moved our breakfast and dinner in four stars restaurant Flamingo grand. And suddenly after our...

「Spa was very nice. Had a great experience 」

「Amazing hotel. Beautiful design. Outstanding view of the Black Sea. Nice and helpful stuff. Nice beach area with a little beach bar - капанче със страхотна цаца и пържени картофи. Everything was great.」

「Красивый статусный отель с бассейнами разной температуры, частным пляжем. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные, красивая и очень ухоженная территория.」

「Everytning is okj」

「The hotel was quite extensive, with a lot to do. A restaurant, a pool, and a nature center. It was about a 20 minute walk from the beach. My suite was very large. 6 rooms total. And it had a veranda balcony overlooking the sea. The bed was very old and squeaked. But it was decently comfortable. Breakfast was good quality with a wide variety of items. The location is a bit out of the way, so you can't really get there by public transportation. Overall, it was a good stay.」

「Ok and cheap. Not sure where the sauna or gym in the pictures are. The room was large, but noise could be heard from corridor. The bathroom was flooded every time I showered. The bed was a bit hard, but I slept fine. 」

「Great views of the Black Sea. Friendly staff and clean!」

「Man spricht hier deutsch :-)」

「Overall, we had a good stay, but the room description was very misleading. We specifically booked a room listed as having “2 twin beds” for a business trip, but were given one queen bed and a sofa instead. The sofa bed wasn’t even prepared, so we had to make it ourselves. There was also no shampoo or basic toiletries in the bathroom. The room description and amenities should be more accurate.」
