"Very nice cottage in a beautiful rural area, lots of local walks and places to eat. The living room area is situated on the upper floor via a spiral staircase, care needs to be taken when using. Very helpful owners and a good place to relax or go out to explore the local area."

"Our hosts, Dawn and Darren couldn't have been kinder. Upon arrival they left us a welcome pack of Scottish delights. The house itself has every amenity you could possible wish for - a large screen TV with every setting ( for rainy days and cosy nights in.)The cottage was cosy and warm, beautifully decorated giving the impression that this would be your home for the amount of time you were staying. The house is meticulously clean - and joy upon joys: a hot tub in the enclosed back garden where we spent time listening to birdsong and finally looking up at the moon and the stars. The bed was comfortable and there was both a bathtub in one bathroom and a shower in another. We had a blissful three night stay."

"We had a lovely stay. Fabulous view. Frequent visits from peacocks, peahens and red squirrel. The Longhouse was cozy and had everything we needed. Great to be able to explore the estate too."
