「Didn’t do breakfast, but everything clean and fresh. 」

「部屋は狭いです。ドアの隙間が空きすぎているので廊下の音が聞こえます。 犬のトイレをさせる芝生があるのですが、後始末をしない人が多すぎて糞を踏まずに歩くのが大変です。」

「Property was clean and room was clean. Pillows, bedding and towels were just average. Air conditioning didn’t work well.」

「All the hotel staffs are impressively polite and helpful. The location is kinda shady and room carpet was not so clean, but the staffs positive attitude overwhelmed those.」

「Front desk lady was super friendly and proficient. Room was clean and had all necessary toiletries. Breakfast was delicious: waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, yogurt, etc. and kept well-stocked and clean. The lady handling breakfast was really nice and friendly. 」

「Communication was great. The owners checked in to make sure we had enough firewood. Property was perfect for what we were looking for. 」

「After we checked out they charged my CC for $7.49 for a wash cloth they said was stained which is ridiculous. Afterwards my wife starting checking other reviews on other sites and low and behold this is a common practice this hotel uses because most people won’t go back after them. Wrong with me. My CC company took care of this and I contacted their corporate office for such a despicable practice. No more Best Westerns for us. Don’t stay there.」

「If you just need a last minute room to sleep this is a budget option. Otherwise, go somewhere else. Looks like people are living long term in the hotel. Lobby smells weird. Turned the heat on as the a/c had been blasting when we first entered and the heat smelled weird. Shower was patched up very badly and shower head was covered in hard water buildup/ mildew. Only positive was location to airport but there is a hotel directly across the street that looks new and much nicer.」
