While there was a hot breakfast, there were limited choices for proteins. Everything was hot and fresh. A few more fruit choices would be good. Staff was great, we were checked in quickly and efficiently. Dinner options were close by. Room was clean and comfortable. It was a great stop!!

Front desk attendant at check in was Daiza, who was excellent! She was very friendly and helpful. On check out day the attendant was nice as well. Check out time of noon gave us ample time for breakfast and be ready to leave in plenty of time. We were in room 105, which had a king size bed, a small desk and a chair to sit in with a foot stool. The room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable and we had enough towels. The one disappointing thing was... We were there to attend a funeral but also had grandchildren who live close to the area who came to visit us for a couple of hours. They brought dinner with them (chicken nuggets) when they came to visit on Saturday afternoon and as we did not have enough room for everyone to eat in our room comfortably, we were hoping to be able to eat in the dining room. (As we brought our own food, intended to clean up after ourselves, and would just be using the tables to sit at, we thought there wouldn't be a problem.) But we were told by the front desk clerk on duty that night we could not even go into the room. So, back to our room we went.

My 2 star review reflects a combination of stained hand/face towels, and the reaction of the lady who received my feedback. When I let her know every hand/face towel had a brownish tinge to them, instead of apologizing she said I could have called the 24/7 housekeeping to get new ones. I said I’m mentioning it so that maybe you can avoid putting dirty towels in rooms so that guests don’t have to ask for clean ones and feel disgusted by brownish towels. She did not appreciate the feedback at all and her attitude was not apologetic rather I should have called housekeeping. Horrible customer service!

Staff were very friendly, nice. Our bathroom had peeling plaster on walls and the bathtub is super narrow, not conducive for larger people to take baths in. The closet door had only a hole where a doorknob should have been and trhe mini fridge made clicking noises every 20 - 30 minutes all night long that sounded like someone was knocking on our door.

Room was not up to standards. Firstly the office chair condition was incredibly poor, 70% of the fabric was peeling off and looked like something found on the side of the road. Secondly, the bathroom sink kept backing up from being clogged. Thirdly, the bed wasn't cleaned properly, as there was hair everywhere and what looked to be wine or champagne top wrapper ledt behind. Besides that, the room (324) is situated close to the parking lot of what seems to be the hang out spot for the texas road house employees. So their truck unloading, emptying trash, and just smoke/chill spot was overly loud and woke you up to the point you can't go back to sleep.

Everything in the hotel was broke. AC didn’t work properly in the room. Tv remote wouldn’t turn down the volume in the room. Overall, not a great experience.

The hotel hallway had grimy old carpets. All the towels had yellow stains. The drapes in the bedroom were torn and dirty. The lamp outlet was not working. The ice machine was out of order on each floor except the ground. Breakfast was not the best. Basically the hotel is looking old and dated. You can get a better hotel for around the same rate.

This hotel was clean as was our room. The room was actually very nice; however, we definitely had an issue with some of the hand towels and wash clothes. The bath towels were clean and bright white, while the hand towels and wash clothes were very yellowed. It looked as though they were either still dirty from a previous guest or just hadn't been washed with bleach. Since we arrived very late and were leaving early the next morning we just put those aside and used others that were clean. Breakfast was the standard fare that is in most hotels these days: eggs, sausage, biscuits, instant oatmeal, waffle maker, etc. I had another issue upon checkout. I went to the front desk and there was a sign on the counter that read "We'll be right back. We're assisting another guest"... or something like that. There was another lady waiting as well. I waited for a few minutes and then placed my room keys on the desk and left. As I went out the front door I saw the two employees, who were supposedly assisting another guest, sitting by the front entrance smoking. If you're going to take a smoke break, fine. But if you're the only two employees working downstairs, perhaps dont take your break at the same time.
