"This place was everything I was hoping for. The room and all common areas were very clean and inviting. The pool was amazing and it is right on the beach! I couldn't ask for more."

"wonderful stay at the beach! Jim and Sonya are fabulous accessible hosts. The place is beautifully decorated and the murphy bed is very comfortable. Everything you could want for a relaxing stay at the beach is already taken care of inside the unit. Chairs, umbrellas, towels, blender, coffee, tea, creamer, toiletries, shampoo, wifi, glasses, plates, pots, pans, pillows, blankets. just pack your hat and sunblock!! ocean view in the mornings was gorgeous. really good restaurants of every kind are within 10 minute ride."

"The only criticism I have is that the rooms say “partial ocean view” or “full ocean view” we picked full ocean view expecting to walk out our balcony and see the ocean. However the best description is a view of the parking lot, then pool, then the ocean. Also due to corrosion ( unless you have the strength of a gorilla) the door lock would take 5-6 tries with all your strength to open. The breakfast, staff and pool were all very good. "

"This place was an absolute DUMP! The room was beyond filthy, the "on site" parking wasn't even enough for half of their guests, not to mention the staff taking up many of the available spots, the staff at the desk were rude, dismissive and flat out LIARS. I have video of the evening desk clerk showing and telling me it was ok to park in a specific place, then woke up to a note on my car threatening to tow it. When confronted, they denied it all. When told to watch the video, they just made excuses. Our room was NEVER cleaned. We had to beg for fresh towels, sheets and even toilet paper. There was hair in the shower, urine under the toilet, mold in the cabinets, and the floor was so dirty that our socks turned black. We had to wear flip flops in the shower just to keep from being disgusted. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Getting help was impossible as the desk staff was always either sleeping in their car or taking photos on the beach deck. But never available to take care of a guest."
