バグシラー ホテル

「アーリーチェックインを頼んでいたのに、掃除の都合と称して約2時間もロビーに待たせました。他の客さんも待たされてましたが、サービスは良くありませんでした。」

「Really big hotel, two towers. There's a very convenient cafe in the corridor connecting the two, open 24 hours (though quite pricy!) Rooms were really good and really spatious. Had an issue with getting adjacent rooms, staff were very helpful and sorted things out right away.」

「Need to take a taxi to tourist attractions, which is time consuming due to traffic jams. 」

「I stayed at **The Superior Living Batışehir** for 20 days, and overall I had a very pleasant experience. What I loved most were the spacious apartments, the comfortable beds, and the spotless, fresh bedding. The rooms are well designed and make you feel at home, which is especially important during a long stay. Of course, there were a few downsides. The main one was the restaurant service. It seemed to me that the staff there could be better motivated, as the level of service was inconsistent....

「It was a clean and very well designed hotel. They have welcoming warm atmosphere. All I complain is expensive breakfast price! Other than that it was a great hotel.」

「The Hotel is a nice place to stay, not much around there, but a 15 minute walk takes you to a main st ,which has a couple of restaurants with Turkish food, about 30$ aud for 2 of us being conservative.」

「Vess hotel great value for money , location is perfect for travelling around Istanbul, the Metro is 8mins walk , Yusef on the main desk was the most helpful and humbling person you could meet, any question he had an answer , made our stay so much easier with his knowledge of the area. Only criticism is breakfast is the same everyday , a slight change would be better on a daily basis. We will stay again for sure .👌」

「The phone doesn’t work in the room and there is no table to read or write or to ear, the fridge is empty」

「Thanks yoy very much, excellent!」

「Our stay in Room 205 was quite average due to recurring maintenance and service shortcomings. The provided remote did not match the AC unit, so every time we needed it turned on, we had to call reception or manually reach the button on the ceiling. The Gym was okay they provided towel but the pool was not supervised and kids were eating inside the pool. Housekeeping was equally disappointing: despite asking repeatedly, our bed sheets were not changed once throughout our six-day stay. The room...

「Esim ve iki cocugumla birlikte kaldik. Konfor vs mukemmel bi evde olabilecek herturlu gereç mevcut. Acikcasi insan kendini evinde gibi hissediyor. Sadece temizligine bi tık daha özen gösterilse gercekten cok mukemmel bir konaklama yeri. Tavsiye ederim」

「The room is nice but the furniture is old( closets…). The lighting inside the room was very dull and not enough. No vanity mirror in the bedroom, no tv in the bedroom, no smart tv, very basic kitchen utensils.」

「For a family this was perfect. The place is 5 min walk from 212 outlet mall and a small taxi ride from Istanbul mall. Kitchen was useful and kids loved the pool it was accessible every day for families except Tuesday and thousands from 11 to 4pm for ladies only. We also had access tot the gym. It has a small supermarket just under the apartment which was super useful. We stayed 4 days. Reception staff were useful especially with booking taxis and directions.」
