Seyda at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, and the pool area was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only issue we experienced was that the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough; other than that, everything was amazing.

I had one of the best experiences during my stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant. Although I encountered a small issue during my stay, a staff member named Ilayda assisted me promptly and professionally, resolving the matter without any inconvenience. Her helpful attitude truly made a difference. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of high-quality options, and the pool facilities were also well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Sahida was very helpful with any questions I had. Overall all the staff were very friendly and nice. Hamam at the property is a big plus. The location s little inconvenient if you use the public transportation but this hotel was chosen by the dental clinic where I went for a treatment so it is convenient for commute to and from the clinic. Breakfast choices were very limited, not much to choose from and basically same every day with the exception of maybe a few dishes.

The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great. It had a lot of quality food. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Rooms was extremely clean and fresh, very comforting hotel for a nice stay we stayed for 7 nights and I can not complain about 1 thing at all we had 3 rooms booked and it was easy checkin till the checkout we had no hassle at all the rooms was cleaned everyday room service was on point and the food and coffee shop in the lobby was amazing too. If I make a trip back to Istanbul again will definitely be rebooking here
