"I ended up staying at a different hotel for the first time in my life. I arrived at 430pm ( check in is 4pm ). When I arrived the place looked abandoned. Absolutely no office or anywhere to check in. The listed phone number is not.valid.they finally sent me a welcome message an hour and half later. Stay far far away"

"Place is exactly like the pictures and spotless. Karen was great. We had some severe weather, and she was knocking on our door to make sure we had everything we needed. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is how uncomfortable and hard the couch was. There really wasn't anywhere else to sit after a long day of hiking so it stood out to me. Otherwise, this place is exactly as advertised with a great host."
