バック マウンテンのアパートスタイルホテル

「For being in essentially the middle of nowhere, I was impressed by the Beaumont Inn. Might have gotten 5 stars, but... Check-in was a bit confusing because you walk in the front door and there is a door to your left that says DINING and a door to the right that says LOUNGE -- no indication of where to enter for LODGING. Plus, when we arrived at 3:30 p.m., the doors were locked. We thought we had to go in a different door because, again, the signage was not helpful. At check-out, no one was to...

「Amenities in the hotel were excellent. I will definitely look for this hotel in other locations.」

「Lovely breakfast.」

「Very friendly, clean and near so much!!!!」

「Lovely hotel. Very nice and clean. Loved the cafe in the lobby. The rooms were a little small, but still functional.」

「The housekeeping staff forgot to make the bed one day, didn’t fully clean the next. The breakfast was school cafeteria quality. The pool area was really top notch, but could have used a changing room. I wish I could remember the bartenders name who served us dinner and drinks, she seemed overworked, but still able to make it a pleasant experience.」

「The breakfast juice machine was out of service and they didn’t offer any juice options. Coffee was not hot. The worst experience we had was that all three of our showers were miserable with no hot water and the warm water turning chilly part way through each shower. They attempted to send a maintenance person but we had already showered and were in a hurry to leave. Reading the reviews and talking to staff, we learned that this was a known issue. Very disappointing.」
