「Staff were amazing lady on front desk was brilliant barman really nice Didn't use dinning room but food looks good Room needs a little more care found items from previous guests left Also don't replenish items have to go and ask at reception for any extra No onside parking did manage to park in the street and as we used the local buses wasn't an issue but high summer maybe isn't great Evening entertainment every night was a bonus bar prices reasonable」

「Parking is limited and prebookable at £10 a night, but there is plenty of free street parking in the area. We had a nice sea view on the 3rd floor, but unfortunately the lift only goes up to the 2nd floor. The room was compact but clean and comfortable with a nice big walk in shower. The breakfast is a buffet and was included in the price we paid. It was edible but the bacon was stuck together so some wasn’t cooked properly and the eggs were a little rubbery. Also the toaster was very much hit...

「Charming place, we hadn’t realised how good the sea views were/are. Nicely located being a short walk from Babbington centre with the rest of the English Riviera easily accessible. Heating and hot water both fine, spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen (even washing up without a dishwasher didn’t seem like a chore with those views!). We had an issue with the WiFi which the owner worked to resolve, sadly without success. But Sunny Bank is a great spot in a great location - recommended」

「Raj went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Very pleasant and friendly. Very clean rooms and allowed us to use the dishes. Had a small fridge in our room which was great. Provided a clean useful fan. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Raj.」

「Room was clean, only issue with room was it wasn’t a double bed it was 2 singles pushed together. Staff on arrival was very blunt and came across rude. Had a small swimming pool which was meant to be heated but wasn’t very warm so paid to use a swimming pool close by instead. Had to pay for parking which I wasn’t aware of at the time of booking.」
