「The room was lovely. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice and quiet at night and couldnt hear anything when breakfast started in the morning. Peacocks outside werent too vocal early morning so we got plenty of sleep. Staff were outstanding, friendly, polite and smiley. Breakfast was very tasty, only slight moan was portions could have been bigger but maybe thats us being greedy. We will definitely come back and stay again, we loved it」

「Absolutely fabulous few days away. This is a real gem of a hotel. Quiet and secluded but a real joy to experience. The staff are so helpful and genuine (Rosie, Sharon and Oliver deserve medals) There was plenty of choice for breakfast, the cooked breakfast was tasty and well presented. The evening dinner menu and quality of food was 10/10. I think it could be even better with a slightly extended menu. We will be back x」

「Made to feel very welcome. Lovely fresh, clean room with a comfortable bed and good quality linen, which always aids a good night's sleep. Also huge bath towels which I love. Good selection of teas and coffee with fresh milk provided, which was nice. There were also some sweet treats and a tourist map provided in the room, which was very useful. 「Wow what a setting. I know it’s only been open for 6 weeks but it is an amazing hotel. Sea view room and the whole room was amazing, huge bed which was so comfortable. 「What a lovely place! Spotless, well appointed room with simple, fresh decor. Bathroom also nicely done, with fabulous fluffy towels. Breakfast was super tasty with a great selection of options. And the hosts are really lovely; helpful and friendly without being overly attentive. Not far from either Torquay and Torre stations so great for those not using a car, though parking was also available. Highly recommend and will be staying again next time I’m down in Torquay.」
