"Very helpful staff with professional attitude. They are ever ready to help you. Everyone was smiling to welcome the guests. Though I used this hotel for the first time they were kind to extend my checkout time by one hour so that I could relax in the room till I catch a bus to the airport, which starts from this hotel. It has a wonderful spa system with a large hot public bath and sauna.
