Cute and cozy beach get-a-way

Perfect Stay

Clean, convenient and customer service made my stay perfect. The rental was spotless. The location, just a block from the beach, made it easy to get out and enjoy the amazing Avila area. And the hosts went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I had a question with the heat, and they were on site in minutes to help and fix. Like I said, just perfect.

Terrific condo on my favorite CA beach

I've been traveling to the coast of California for over twenty years now and have decided that Avila Beach is my favorite home away from home. We've stayed at a couple of places in this area, and this condo was terrific. Small, but has all you need to enjoy a beach and beach town vacation. We were steps from the beach, restaurants, shaved-ice vendors (my son's fave!), bike rentals, and the Bob Jones bike path and we wanted for nothing inside of the condo either. My husband and I stayed in the comfortable bedroom and our 11 year old son slept on the pull out couch just fine. When we come back to Avila - and we certainly will - we will look to see if this place is available!

Great location and very comfortable unit.

250 steps to the beach was my favorite. We can go in an out with ease and the places to eat was great too.

40th Anniversary Stay

Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. A couple of negatives we encountered: the patio and its furniture was soiled with bird droppings, the toilet seat was loose, we couldn't get the cable box in the bedroom to turn on and the smoke detector in the bedroom is hanging from the ceiling; all things easy to correct for the next guest.

Avila Stay

The property was easy to find. Check in was very easy as well. Very cute little apartment. Quick walk to everything. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back. Hostess was very quick to reply to our questions as well.

Condo

We rented this for a family member and her spouse and child. They loved it. Very clean and love access to beach. Stephanie always responds if there are any issues. She is the best!!

Graduation Weekend Stay

This was a wonderful property! The place was so clean, the decor was beautiful and the beach location was ideal! Stephanie was very responsive to any questions prior, during, and after our stay. We would definitely return!

great weekend getaway

The place was located right off of the main boardwalk in Avila Beach. Location couldn't really have been better, although the listing should point out that there is no ocean view and that the townhouse/condo is right above a busy shaved ice store. But overall my wife and I really enjoyed out stay and would definitely stay there again

Excellent location

The location is even better than we thought when booking. Not only is the unit barely a block from the beach, we didn't even need to cross a street to get there. The high ceilings make the unit feel spacious. It's nice and bright. We were very happy and would love to stay again.

Super close to the beach

Really nice place super close to the beach. Small but worked perfectly for us (family of 4 with 2 small kids). Very clean and well looked after. Would definitely return here.

An alley away!

Perfect escape for a family of 4. Couch pull out bed. Both our girls (2,4) had a great time. Easy walk through alley gets you to the beach in no time. Was clean, and well put together. Small parking structure wouldn’t fit our suburban, no worries though theres plenty of spots to keep your larger vehicles on the side street. Overall great experience.
