A beautiful roomy home, great location with easy walk to beach, town, restaurants, hiking and biking trail. Kitchen is excellent, all appliances, cookware, utensils are perfect and the labelling of storage for all the kitchen items is superb. The 3 full bedrooms are excellent, comfortable and heave great storage and lots of hangers. The fourth sleeping room is minimal, with a murphy bed over a desk and little else and was not not comfortable for 2 adults for a week.

Great location and convenience

Family were able to come and go to the beach with ease. Great kitchen and barbeque. Lots of room and bathrooms.

Great location, great fun

Spent a few days in Avila with another family at this great property. The location is awesome, weather is perfect. The only concern is some of the kitchen equipment needs some care, but overall, clean, and a very fun spot.

Perfect Family Home

13 of us enjoyed our visit to Avila Beach. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Clean spacious home with every need anticipated, and some unexpected amenities! Wonderful!!

Beautiful and convenient

The property was very clean and spacious. The layout was awesome. It has 3 decks with room to roam. Beautiful ocean cies from the top deck (crows nest). The house had everything you needed and the appliances were top notch.

Great Beach house

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this wonderful home. The pictures are great but the actual house is even better. The hosts have anticipated very possible need. We only had a long Holiday weekend but we are anticipating a longer stay this summer. I highly recommend it!

Awesome Getaway

Such a great place to get away! Right near the beach, we enjoyed hanging out on the deck and going for walks to the downtown. Very clean! Highly reccommend!

Beach vacation with kids and grandkids

Beautiful house with gorgeous views of the ocean! The house was very spacious and the kitchen was very well stocked with lots of pans and utensils. The decks were great for eating for 14 people. Everything was great except the house is right on a very busy street and it was very noisy at night.

Family Vacation

This was our second time in three years staying with our extensive family at the Dreamer in Avila Beach. It is a gorgeous property and close to all activities: wine tasting, slo, Morro Bay for surfing and of course beautiful Avila Beach. It is like walking back in time. We will return!!

Road noise 2

Stayed with 21 people in 2 houses for 5 days. The location is great for the beach but the bedrooms in the house are on a very busy street. We heard road noise all night long. Owner must have known about this due to the fact they supplied ear plugs. It would be nice to have a inventory sheet of what is in house and what beach chairs and toys are there. We brought a lot of things that were already there. Great layout and close to beach. Too bad it is on a noisy street.

A bit pricey but......

A very well stocked kitchen if your family loves to cook. Every possible pan, utensil, glass. plate, gadget was available. You can’t go wrong. All kinds of toys and beach gear in the garage. We’d all do it again in a heartbeat.

Great Week at Avila..

We had a wonderful week at Avila Beach. This house is great for three families.. wonderful layout. Easy walk to beach, tide pools and aquarium. The only thing to consider is no view. This is fine for our crew.. we had grandkids with us who could careless about a sunset view.😂

Graduated to Luxury

We reserved this gorgeous Avila Beach to house family and friends for my daughter's graduation from Cal Poly. The location was perfect, in that we could take advantage of the beautiful beach area while having easy access to San Luis Obispo for other activities. The design and decor of the home is inviting and relaxing, allowing easy congregation of groups without feeling crowded while also allowing individuals to escape if they desire privacy and personal space. The property manager was very responsive, welcoming and attentive. The check in and check out process went seamlessly. Would highly recommend!
