「We had a very unique, characteristic room which was tidy and the bathroom, spotless. A fun way of having breakfast, with a continental style left in the fridge overnight, consisting of fruit, oats, cereal and pastries / muffins. Fresh milk and juice also provided. Although there are no staff on site, they were contactable to assist with a little teething problem which was resolved easily. Only downside to the front of the building is the road noise, but nothing that can be done about that. No...

「Convenient overnight stop when visiting our daughter. Car park is large but there are lots of larger vehicles that double park making it tight for others. It's clean, comfortable bed, good shower but you can hear everything from surrounding rooms...sneezing, coughing, burping, snoring, use your imagination!!」

「Clean and tidy. Not too modernized decoration. Slightly dated facility but well maintained. Spacy room. Peaceful and quiet small village. Not very frequent public transport.On top of all very organized and friendly staff and brilliant restaurant.」

「The gym was good. The bedroom very large but not inviting, the colours drab very dark. Very cold. No heating untill 4.30 for a few hours. Fortunately we were able to get an extra heater and managed to get air con to blow out warm air. It was obviously just renovated but not by a woman, as no plug sockets near mirror to do hair. The lighting very dull. As the room was so big a sofa would have been nice. Breakfast not very warm, also dining room could do with being warmer. Choice of food not...

「Great pub with fab food. Lovely accommodation block with nice size rooms and facilities. Only down side for us would be beds are very hard, otherwise enjoyed our stay.」

「There are few restaurants or pubs and the atmosphere is not so good near the hotel. What is worse, it is far from the nearest station to walk.」

「If you are looking for a good night sleep i would not stay here. Pub appears to have lock ins until 1am and then they stand outside for hours talking loudly. Windows have no secondary glazing and your woken constantly by bin trucks in the morning. Maybe rooms at rear are better. Room is nice and clean but if they improved sound insulation on windows and closed pub earlier it might be bareable.」
